our phone option means that your therapist will call you
at a
number you specify at your appointment time. You
will talk with your
therapist for the amount of time you decided upon in
advance.
You may have a simple one-time question, or you may
choose to use
this as a way to establish a longer term relationship
with a therapist.
Don't forget to complete your Pre-Session form. Your
therapist will
review it before your session to save time and to be
better prepared
to help you. Take your time and think about your answers. Many people
find that completing the form helps them gain a clearer
understanding
of their
concerns even before they consult with their therapist.
