There are times when the challenge of living overwhelms each of us.  Whether we feel the heavy weight of our problems, a great emptiness inside, or fear that runs through our lives like a current…a sense of hopelessness can envelop us.

An ample taste of these sensations and a desire to make a difference led me to the vocation of therapist.  I have a passion to join the struggle, to help others grow through the fiery trials of life, to reach their potential, to find greater satisfaction and contentment.

My approach is an eclectic blend of family-systems, cognitive behavioral and psychodynamic theory.  I draw from these perspectives to craft a treatment designed to meet your specific needs, to match your personal style and to empower your progress and growth.

After more than ten years of clinical work, I have considerable experience helping folks deal with the symptoms of anxiety and depression and their underlying causes.  My other areas of expertise include: relationship problems, anger-management, infidelity, divorce recovery and the treatment of sex and porn addictions.  I also offer motivational, solution-oriented counseling for clients dealing with workplace stress and career challenges.
